Fergus Anstock Chief Executive of the Newhaven Group which he founded in 1996. Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong. Previously senior in house legal Counsel for the Bank of East Asia and Managing Director of Bank of East Asia Trustees during which time he worked with the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission. Over 30 years relevant experience assisting private and corporate clients. Daniel Becker Daniel qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998 and practiced as a company and commercial property lawyer until joining the Newhaven Group in 2002. He now deals with Newhaven's private and corporate clients specialising in bespoke corporate and trust solutions. Daniel continues to practice and is therefore able to complement his corporate service advice with a knowledge of the relevant legal issues involved. Daniel is admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and is accordingly able to assist clients in their legal affairs in that Territory including particularly in relation to the provision of BVI Business Company opinions and liquidation and insolvency proceedings. Reuben Anstock Reuben obtained a law degree at Oxford University prior to training and qualifying with the prominent West End law firm, Sheridans. Reuben spent two years as Assistant Solicitor in the Entertainment Department at Sheridans where he acted for high profile individual and corporate clients and gained invaluable corporate and commercial experience. Reuben has since joined the team at the Newhaven Group and continues to practice as a solicitor. Reuben is admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and is accordingly able to assist clients in their legal affairs in that Territory including particularly in relation to the provision of BVI Business Company opinions and liquidation and insolvency proceedings. |
